Job Description
Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or full-time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Handling of emergency situations
  • General cleaning duties
  • Compliance with company dress code
  • Operating POS system
  • Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
  • Up selling/suggestive selling
  • Responding to phone calls and questions from guests
  • Operating concession related equipment
  • Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
  • Ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current
  • Reading and understanding training materials
  • Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub
  • Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats
  • Enforcement of MPAA rating system
  • Conducting in-theatre inspections
  • Reporting to management any problems or discrepancies
