Team Members are responsible for meeting the store’s daily goals by processing donated goods and running the cash register, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

  • Greeting and thanking customers and donors
  • Assisting customers and maintaining inventory levels
  • Operating a cash register and maintaining accurate procedures
  • Accepting, sorting, and processing donations
  • Sanitizing items as required by State Law
  • Preparing bins for shipment
  • Utilizing the UKG systems
  • Working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
