Job Description
Family Farm and Home is a family owned and operated company based out of Michigan, committed to providing exceptional service, products, and prices to its customers. We are seeking a Team Member to join our team at our Swartz Creek location.

Requirements

  • Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values
  • Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management
  • Greet customers, interact with customers in a pleasant and positive manner, and solicit customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs
  • Answer phone calls, approach and assist customers, and process special orders
  • Utilize POS to checkout customers and follow all cash handling processes and procedures
  • Maintain awareness of in-store safety issues and shoplifting activities, communicate all potential issues to store management team
  • Uphold and support all company Loss Prevention measures
  • Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, receiving, cash office, and register area, as well as restrooms and break room
