Role OverviewTeam members are responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. They must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with the company's mission statement and policies.
What You Will Do
Team members will operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions, promote the Regal Crown Club program, and ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy. They will also be responsible for cleaning duties, up selling, and enforcing company policies.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds. You must also be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
