What You Will Do
The Team Performance Lead will follow safety rules and housekeeping procedures, support incident investigation and risk analysis, and provide coaching and development with effective and constructive feedback. The role will also involve implementing continuous improvement and Lean principles to drive process improvements.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing and management or supervision
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to solve mathematical problems at the high school level
