Role OverviewThe Team Supervisor and Health Coordinator provides oversight of day-to-day functions at the work-site location, including recruiting, training, and supervision of direct support professionals. They ensure the highest quality of medication administration, food purchasing, and cleanliness of individuals and their environment. The role involves training, feedback, and corrective action for direct support professionals, as well as maintaining staffing schedules and ensuring electronic records are complete.
What You Will Do
The Team Supervisor and Health Coordinator will provide 24-hour on-call support, ensure employees' hours are recorded, and pay period ending approval process is completed. They will also ensure activities offered are person-centered, provide support for individuals in making informed choices, and ensure all personal care items are carried out.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of successful employment in a similar work environment, and reliable personal vehicle for transporting clients. They must also obtain and maintain training and certification in required areas, such as Abuse/Neglect, CPR, and Level 1 Medication Administration.

- Class E driver's license
- Seasonal flu vaccination
- Training and certification in Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, Level 1 Medication Administration, Positive Behavior Supports, TOOLS, and Crisis Intervention
