The Set Up and Tear Down Worker is responsible for ensuring that the operation starts on time by setting up and verifying critical equipment, and performing minor setup tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum High school diploma or equivalency
  • Alchemy training for HACCP
  • Verified and documented practical training
  • Set-up procedures; Tear down procedures
  • CIP Set Up procedures
  • Kettle Injector removal and installation
  • Cryovac Set Up and Start Up procedures
