Role OverviewEstablishes a strong liaison with volunteers to manage MAB operations and administration, evaluates the impact of MAB operations on member experience, and provides direction on policy interpretation. Develops and implements assessment plans, identifies drivers of high-performing areas, and delivers communication plans to explain the value of recommendations.
What You Will Do
Manages MAB policy documentation, develops and implements assessment plans, identifies drivers of high-performing areas, and delivers communication plans to explain the value of recommendations. Oversees membership and chapter development, coordinates booths and publicity, and oversees day-to-day activities of Society publications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business strategy, global marketing, strategic management, or a related discipline
- Master's or other advanced degree related field preferred
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Experience in designing and executing large programs, particularly in leadership and professional development
- Corporate communications planning experience
- Project management skills with a focus on execution and deliverables
- Ability to travel internationally and domestically
- Strong project management skills, with focus on execution and deliverables
- Individuals with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), or Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential will benefit from the body of knowledge mastery associated with those credentials
