Job Description
Travel to customer sites to support installation, commissioning, and service of hot runner control systems. Establish strong relationships with customers and provide technical support and training. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hot runner controllers, wiring, sensors, and control cabinets.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in plastics injection molding
Strong exposure to hot runner systems and controls
Hands-on experience with temperature control systems such as Gammaflux, Manner e-control, and/or PRIAMUS
Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Experience with industrial communication protocols and machine interfaces
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix organization
