What You Will Do
The Tech Lead will define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering standards across multiple teams, design and build highly scalable, resilient microservices and distributed systems, and lead cross-team architectural initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Deep expertise within the JVM ecosystem
- Strong hands-on experience in Java
- Experience with Scala, or a strong interest and ability to quickly learn and adopt it
- Proven success designing, building, and operating microservices at scale in production environments
- Strong experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Experience with reactive and concurrent programming frameworks such as Play Framework, Akka, or equivalent technologies
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven or streaming architectures in production
