Job Description
TikTok's User Growth team is seeking a talented Tech Lead Mobile Engineer to lead growth initiatives for TikTok and its platforms. The role involves building best-in-class onboarding experiences, defining A/B testing frameworks, and analyzing and optimizing Android applications for efficiency and performance.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and capabilities of Android platform
  • Proficiency in Kotlin/Java/Objective-C or Swift
  • Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases
  • Good team communication and collaboration skills
