Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
  • Proven ability to effectively identify, engage with, and assess candidates for various tech/IT roles
  • Strong language proficiency in English
  • Comprehensive grasp of the local and US talent markets
  • Ability to effectively recruit for mid to senior-level positions
  • Proficiency in US labor laws
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • Time zone availability: CST/EST
  • Legal right to work in the US (US Citizen, H-1B, Canadian Citizen with TN, or Green Card)
