Job Description
We are Doe Run – a natural resource company sustainably managing the minerals in our care. The Tech Services Engineer I assists the mines with pillar extraction planning and monitoring the process, and ensures that escape, evacuation, ventilation plans, and maps are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mine Engineering or related field
  • Prior experience as a technical engineer preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Drafting (AutoCAD), PeopleSoft, 3D Modeling (Vulcan, Surfer, ArcGIS, Cloud Compare)
  • Proficient understanding of mine ventilation principles
  • Basic knowledge of MSHA regulations
