Role OverviewThe Tech Services Engineer will serve as the technical owner and subject matter expert for the firm's enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Workload Automation services. They will provide technical leadership for the GoAnywhere and AutoSys platforms, ensuring security, reliability, scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The engineer will design and enhance secure, resilient, and observable data movement and workflow automation solutions across on-premises, cloud, and partner ecosystems.
What You Will Do
The engineer will own and lead the firm's MFT and Workload Automation services, providing technical leadership for GoAnywhere, AutoSys, and enterprise data orchestration platforms. They will design and enhance secure, resilient, and observable data movement and workflow automation solutions, develop service capabilities for data protection, access control, monitoring, auditability, exception management, and operational transparency, and lead resolution of complex production issues.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise data orchestration, integration, automation, or data movement solutions.
- 3+ years of experience engineering and supporting Managed File Transfer (GoAnywhere preferred), Workload Automation (AutoSys preferred), or comparable enterprise platforms.
- 3+ years of experience designing and supporting secure, scalable, highly available solutions utilizing AWS and modern integration patterns, including APIs, file-based, and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated success as a senior engineer, technical lead, or escalation point for mission-critical enterprise services.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, observability, and operational excellence.
- Experience developing technical standards, architecture, and operational practices while partnering across infrastructure, cloud, security, application, and vendor teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000
