Technical Account Manager - Parcel Automation

The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of parcel automation and material handling solutions. This role is responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring successful solution adoption, and supporting business development efforts that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Conduct regular business reviews and system performance assessments, analyze key performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with customer engineering and operations teams to develop recommendations for system optimization, preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and future expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in technical account management, sales engineering, systems integration, or field engineering within the parcel and/or postal automation industries.
• Demonstrated deep domain knowledge of high-speed parcel sortation technologies.
• Working knowledge of data capture technology: vision systems, 1D/2D barcode scanners, dimensioners (DWS), and weight-in-motion scales.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, a minimum of 25%, as required by business needs.
