Bazaarvoice is seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage the technical relationship with a defined set of clients, overseeing technical programs and driving adoption of solutions. TAMs are responsible for client success and are the primary owners of their assigned technical programs. The company is a leader in connecting brands and consumers and focuses on data, user-generated content, and intuitive business insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18-24 months at in a client facing role, preferably technical or technical account management.
  • Experience in technical consulting or technical project management.
  • Experience in account management (a plus).
  • General knowledge of web technology, preferably coding experience.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
