Strategy is seeking a Technical Accounting Senior Manager to support its dynamic and innovative finance function. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
  • 7–10+ years of experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Experience with complex transactions (debt, equity, capital markets) required
  • Exposure to digital assets / crypto accounting is a strong plus
