Job Description
The Technical Advocate serves as a bridge between customers, developers, and internal technical teams to ensure successful adoption, implementation, and optimization of products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical support, developer relations, solutions engineering, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
