Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting business requirements, translating requirements to technical specs, and developing and maintaining project artifacts. You will work with clients across time zones and prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines. You will also lead and assign work, assist with user training and UAT, and build testing scenarios.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, identifying root causes, and developing IT and business solutions. You will create user stories and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation, and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, meeting notes, and development tickets.

Requirements
- Consulting & Agile Experience: Proven experience in a consulting role and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Technical Expertise: Recent experience building custom software solutions, including custom web portals and system integrations, with proficiency in SQL.
- Project Management & Communication: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with experience managing technical projects and working across multiple levels of an organization.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly analyze problems, identify solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education & Certifications: A relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., in Information Systems, Software Development, or Project Management) and preferred certifications such as SCRUM Master (CSM).
