Job Description
Workato is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join its Professional Services team. The role plays an integral role in guiding customers on automation best practices, architecture patterns, governance processes, and helping them scale their automation practice through initial and expansion services engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience
  • Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success
  • Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprise organizations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey and relate ideas to others
