Job Description
AWP Safety is seeking a Field and Safety Training Manager to develop, implement, and oversee safety programs and procedures for field operations. This role requires a deep understanding of safety regulations and excellent communication/leadership skills. The position reports directly to the VP of Talent Development and is a Human Resource position focused on improving safety practices and providing exceptional service to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in safety management
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field (preferred)
