Job Description
Our client is a leader in aerospace, defense, and technical manufacturing industries seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, manage inquiries, and process orders in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience
  • Technical degree or related background preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, or similar platforms preferred
