Role OverviewThe Technical Delivery Lead will serve as the on-the-ground execution owner for one or more strategic technology programs, driving initiatives through planning, implementation, and closure while maintaining executive-ready delivery visibility for Blue Shield of California stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end delivery for directly owned and executed strategic initiatives, track and manage cross-functional programs, produce and maintain delivery artifacts, and facilitate working sessions and stakeholder alignment meetings.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery or a related field

- Ability to apply AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate delivery workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies and structured working sessions
