Lead and coordinate large, complex technology programs and delivery initiatives, promote Agile principles, and ensure delivery teams are aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience working within Agile software development environments
- 3+ years of experience in a Technology Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Program Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
- Proven experience coordinating multiple Agile teams and complex dependencies
- Experience with release planning, delivery governance, and program execution
