The Technical Denials Management Specialist II will review, research, and resolve claim denials and appeals for various insurance companies, identifying payment trends to maximize collections. The role involves follow-up and resolution of denied claims, not direct billing or coding responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Review and research claim denials and appeals for insurance companies
  • Identify payment trends to maximize collections
  • Contact patients and/or third-party payers to resolve outstanding insurance balances and underpaid claims
  • Make necessary adjustments as required by plan reimbursement
  • Function as a liaison between clinical departments and MSRDP management team
  • Complete special projects as assigned
