Role OverviewAs a Technical Designer, you will bring your deep knowledge of content creation and implementation, and creative skills to an exciting new title. You will report directly to the Creative Director. You will support the game vision as set by the Creative Director and define content design guidelines and best practices.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include owning content design, crafting engaging gameplay, planning and implementing game content and events, and inspiring creativity across the design team and your peers.

You will work with other leadership within Design to ensure your designs support AAA moment-to-moment gameplay and provide and receive critique in a constructive and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Experience delivering deep and exciting gameplay experiences in action-oriented gameplay
- Experience using Unreal Engine
- Experience writing detailed design documentation for gameplay and feature
- Outstanding collaboration skills, driving towards the best possible outcome
- An understanding of American Football, both the game and the fandom surrounding the sport
