Role OverviewAs a Technical Director for our Land Production team, your role is dynamic and requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating immersive and unforgettable experiences for our clients.
What You Will Do
Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of technical projects from concept to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all projects and installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, AV, Construction, or similar experience in themed entertainment or live experience industry
- Proven experience as a Technical Director in themed entertainment or related industry
- Proven experience in all areas of AV - installation and operation
- Proven experience with using AV control equipment and playback systems
- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement for projects
- History of strong project management skills and leading teams onsite
- Strong budget management of small- and large-scale technical projects
- Strong client relationship skills
- Strong verbally and written skills, particularly related to entertainment technical communications
- Strong CAD / Vectorworks Skills
- Programming and system design experience desired
- General Theatre / Theme Park background desired
- Knowledge of Christmas Decor installations desired
- Understanding of basic carpentry and installation desirable
- OSHA certified desirable
