Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless ITSM solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the timely delivery of development projects, undertaking regular code reviews, and providing coaching and mentoring on design and coding techniques to engineers in a scrum team.

Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow configurations (business rules, UI polices, client scripts, ACLs), Flow Designer, application development
- Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON)
- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Conceptual architecture knowledge
- Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
