Job Description
The technical facilities project manager will own the design, planning, delivery and operations of technical infrastructure for Etched facilities, including project requirements development, BOD/SOW creation, vendor engagement and procurement, design, commissioning, and operational hand over for etched technical facilities projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in design and construction management
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Direct Experience with Critical Facility Projects
  • Experience in reading/interpreting construction drawings from all disciplines
  • Experience with new and retrofit projects
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Experience researching new designs, technologies and construction methods
