Job Description
SpotOn is looking for a Technical Hardware Product Manager to lead the product strategy for their hardware products, working closely with multiple teams to deliver a world-class suite of hardware at the heart of every restaurant. The successful candidate will have experience in product management, a strong understanding of the hardware lifecycle, and the ability to facilitate technical discussions and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant product management experience with restaurant hardware or consumer hardware
  • Strong understanding of the hardware lifecycle from prototype to general availability
  • Ability to facilitate technical hardware discussions, customer outcome discussions, and how the two come together
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate with stakeholders
  • Ability to influence C-level and help drive well informed decisions
  • Metrics-driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an iterative process
  • Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to understand their needs and how they interact with our products
