Role Overview

As a Technical Lead - Java Full Stack, you will navigate stakeholder expectations, partner with business and technology teams, and drive end-to-end solution design and architecture. You will lead development efforts using Java and modern web technologies, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. You will also provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex production issues and guiding the team toward effective resolutions.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and mentoring an offshore development team, ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment, and driving delivery performance reporting with clients. You will also conceptualize latest technology landscape requirements and drive technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, and modern web application development
  • Experience working in Agile projects
  • Experience managing offshore development teams and working in client-facing consulting environments
  • Strong understanding of various technology components and their capabilities
  • Hands-on experience and expertise with Java (8-17), Spring Boot Framework, RESTful APIs, JDBC, Hibernate, Maven, and Gradle
  • Knowledgeable in front-end technologies including JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Experience working with RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle Database
  • Experience using version control tools such as GitHub
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and related automation platforms
  • Experience working with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, release coordination, and offshore delivery management
  • Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and implementations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with client managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams
