Role OverviewThe Technical Lead - Post Silicon Validation will support and troubleshoot support questions and requests from engineers, develop basic tools and scripts to improve support, and contribute to product development by providing insights and suggestions for the product roadmap.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to and triaging support questions, extracting and analyzing information from log files, developing tools and scripts, and providing actionable feedback to engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of hands-on experience in software development, experience with front-end web technologies, and a basic understanding of machine learning models and AI implementation.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in software development using at least two of the following languages: C++, Java, or Python
- experience with at least one front-end web technology (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- 2-3 years of experience working with databases and Linux environments
- prior experience in application or development support
- basic understanding of machine learning models and common algorithm types
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in at least one area of ML model lifecycle (design, implementation, deployment, training, or testing)
- familiarity with high-level building blocks of AI implementation
