Job Description
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE–based applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment. Monitor application health and alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar. Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.

Requirements

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE–based applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment
  • Monitor application health and alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar
  • Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs
  • Support application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, or Tomcat
  • Work closely with DB teams (Oracle / SQL) for data‐related issues
  • Participate in production releases, deployments, and post‐release validation
  • Support containerized and cloud‐based applications (Docker/Kubernetes exposure preferred)
  • Strong experience in Java / J2EE
  • Solid understanding of Spring / Spring Boot–based applications
  • Hands‐on experience with log monitoring and APM tools (Splunk is heavily used)
  • Experience supporting applications in Linux/Unix environments
  • Good knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting
  • Strong incident management and troubleshooting mindset
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills for bridge calls and stakeholder updates
