Job Description
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE–based applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment. Monitor application health and alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar. Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs.
Requirements
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE–based applications in a 24x7 enterprise environment
Monitor application health and alerts using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or similar
Perform incident triage, analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs
Support application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, or Tomcat
Work closely with DB teams (Oracle / SQL) for data‐related issues
Participate in production releases, deployments, and post‐release validation
Support containerized and cloud‐based applications (Docker/Kubernetes exposure preferred)
Strong experience in Java / J2EE
Solid understanding of Spring / Spring Boot–based applications
Hands‐on experience with log monitoring and APM tools (Splunk is heavily used)
Experience supporting applications in Linux/Unix environments
Good knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting
Strong incident management and troubleshooting mindset
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools
Excellent communication skills for bridge calls and stakeholder updates
