Job Description
Kopius is hiring a Technical Lead to join a high-impact migration program for a healthcare client. The role involves leading complex technical deliveries, managing multiple workstreams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-team platform or system migrations at scale
  • Strong solution architecture background
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across consulting partners, offshore delivery teams, and internal product engineering
  • Deep expertise in batch and REST API design, integration patterns, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server
  • .NET development experience
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform
  • Hands-on AWS experience
  • Familiarity with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows
