Role OverviewThe Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to deliver mission-critical City applications to our constituents and City agencies while leveraging modern engineering practices, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities will include providing technical leadership in a Java-based environment, architecting and implementing AI-driven solutions, applying AI-adjacent and core AI tools, leading initiatives to automate DevOps tasks, integrating cloud-native services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university
- Three years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience in Information Technology (IT)
- At least eighteen months of experience in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, and six years of experience
- A satisfactory combination of education and experience equivalent to the above
