Drive the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native software solutions that support Litera’s product strategy and long-term growth. Lead the technical execution of key initiatives, ensuring architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices enable sustainable innovation.

Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with a strong full-stack engineering background.
- Strong front-end experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Deep expertise in at least one backend technology stack, such as .NET or Laravel.
- Proven experience leading technical projects/initiatives while remaining an active contributor to software delivery.
- Experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications and distributed systems in AWS environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
