Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to join our growing Technical Operations team. The role involves supporting and maintaining internal tools, data systems, and infrastructure used by top-tier sports teams.

Requirements

  • At least one season's worth of experience in our KTX ecosystem or similar experience with system workflow
  • Experience with remote access tools like TeamViewer, LogMeIn, or SplashTop
  • Basic knowledge of system configuration (network drives, Dropbox, XMLs, etc.)
  • Strong skillset to troubleshoot hardware/software environments
  • Experience with tools like Google Docs, Slack, or Monday.com
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn
