Job Description
The Technical Product Manager II plays a pivotal role in our Technology department, overseeing the entire product life cycle, from strategy and roadmap creation to development and marketing. They will own the definition and execution of strategies, setting measurable outcomes and KPIs, and work closely with Platform teams to ensure successful delivery of new products, enhancements, and modernizations.

Requirements

  • Lead and direct Platform teams to maximize product value and ensure a seamless product life cycle.
  • Create and execute product roadmaps, strategies, and development plans.
  • Champion product ideas and initiatives, driving them from concept to launch.
  • Define and track measurable outcomes and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality product deliveries.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure products meet defined quality standards and user expectations.
