Job Description
We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead AI-enabled automation initiatives that improve efficiency across our Enterprise Sales organization. The successful candidate will report into the Director of Enterprise Insights & Analytics and will focus on identifying high-impact workflow opportunities, developing automation solutions, and scaling tools that reduce manual work across Enterprise teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, analytics, strategy, consulting, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python and understanding of data foundations including pipelines, ETL processes, and system dependencies
  • Technical fluency working with APIs, automation platforms, or internal tooling
  • Experience deploying AI-enabled tools, automation workflows, or internal data products
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly
