Job Description
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring delivery excellence for our customers in the defense and aerospace sectors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical, commercial, or program management roles in aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive P&L results, and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and manufacturing operations software
