Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, development, and deployment of semiconductor and memory test solutions across the product lifecycle.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, test engineering, product engineering, technical program management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional engineering programs from development through manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, silicon validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and production test flows.
- Excellent project management, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
