Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Project Analyst to drive sales and optimize our online product performance. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing pricing and competitors, and providing actionable insights to enhance sales strategies.
What You Will Do
Conduct product and market research, competitor analysis, and analyze pricing for online products in an effort to drive sales revenue and maintain a competitive advantage. Generate sales and inventory reports and associated business development recommendations to management using business intelligence and other reporting tools.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a sales or customer service capacity
- Prior experience in an e-commerce environment is preferred
- Prior experience using Netsuite is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel
- Proficiency in AI tools and workflows
- Ability to effectively gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems and suggest solutions
- Eagerness for solving problems and commitment to accepting responsibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced environment while meeting critical deadlines
- Ability to learn and understand new Internet sales platforms quickly
