What You Will Do
Manage the day-to-day coordination between technical teams of Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or System Software Tester professionals supporting a large-scale, mission-critical federal government program.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
- Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 12 years experience demonstrated success managing technical teams of Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or System Software Tester professionals.
- Experience managing large-scale federal modernization programs.
- Proven success managing and delivering federal IT programs with annual budgets exceeding $100M+.
- Ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional programs.
- Hands-on experience with risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills briefing senior leadership.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules and budgets using structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Ability to conduct technical reviews, validation activities, and post-implementation assessments.
- Demonstrated experience conducting employee performance reviews and establishing performance objectives.
- Demonstrated workforce planning, resource allocation and workload-management experience.
