Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in operational and exception management domains to drive technology-enabled transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, lead AWS and AI-driven projects, and articulate end-to-end solution architectures while delivering measurable business outcomes.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities include partnering with Operations, Product, and Technology teams, leading end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, driving AWS-based modernization projects, evaluating and incorporating AI/GenAI capabilities, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and managing project roadmaps, stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, or Product Owner in Operations, Exception Management, or Financial Services domains, and will be able to explain and defend technical architecture decisions, solution designs, integration patterns, and cloud deployments from prior projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, or Product Owner in Operations, Exception Management, or Financial Services domains
- Delivered AWS-based projects and cloud transformation initiatives
- Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI use cases within business operations
- Knowledge of AWS services (App, Data & Monitoring)
- Ability to explain and defend technical architecture decisions, solution designs, integration patterns, and cloud deployments from prior projects
- Strong skills in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and agile delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of banking operations, reconciliation, investigations, or transaction processing
