Job Description
ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Program Manager that requires a Public Trust suitability determination. In this role, the Technical Program Manager will oversee projects that design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based APIs and automate cloud deployments, manage CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.
  • Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from scoping to implementation.
  • Migrate legacy applications to cloud platforms in a FedRAMP environment.
  • Manage budget for equipment and manpower acquisition.
  • Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, Cloud, microservices and container-based environments.
