Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. They review project status and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. The Technical Project Manager assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

What You Will Do

The Technical Project Manager will oversee project progress, intervene and problem-solve with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders. They will manage major subcontracts efforts, plan and execute multiple simultaneous construction sites, and coordinate between contracts, procurement, subcontracts, security, safety, facilities, property, and human resources.
