Role OverviewAs a Technical Project Manager at Switch, you will support the CORE Support team and manage multiple support initiatives, service requests, and escalations from intake through resolution. You will coordinate work across customers, technical teams, vendors, carriers, and service providers.

Manage multiple telecom support initiatives, customer requests, escalations, and related projects from intake through resolution. Maintain project plans, action items, dependencies, timelines, ownership, and status reporting.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in project management, service delivery, technical support coordination, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or a related field
- Experience coordinating complex technical projects or support initiatives across multiple teams and external providers
- Working knowledge of telecom or network services, support processes, vendor responsibilities, and escalation paths
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, dependencies, action items, risk tracking, and status reports
- Experience with project, service management, ticketing, or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A bachelor’s degree in a technology or business discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
