Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in hardware program management in a cross-discipline environment (EE/ME/FW/Test)
  • Experience running hardware through validation cycles
  • Strong familiarity with certification processes (EMI/EMC, FCC, IP ratings)
  • BS in EE, ME, CE, Robotics or related; MS a plus but not required
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent hardware programs, vendor relationships, schedule risk and cross-team dependencies
  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or sensing/compute payloads
  • Experience in both structured and agile/hands-on environments
  • Experience scaling production of technical hardware systems
