Job Description
Ironclad is a leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. The company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support and grow all functions within Engineering, Product, and Design. The role involves managing and driving the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across departments within Ironclad.

Requirements

  • 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, agency and/or in house
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
  • Proven track record delivering of high level client and candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
