Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Hardware) to join their Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and be able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring.
  • Experience in startups, tech, and/or relevant hardware domains (AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or related programs).
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
